Il modulo presenta cinque attivit\u00e0 non formali da svolgere insieme agli studenti nel corso delle sessioni pratiche previste dal programma di prevenzione di PRACTICE al fine di analizzare il tema del cyberbullismo, dei discorsi di incitamento all\u2019odio e le camere d\u2019eco. <\/p>\n

      Cyberbullismo<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Per cyberbullismo<\/strong> si intendono gli episodi di bullismo e le molestie subite attraverso degli strumenti tecnologici. Ci\u00f2 pu\u00f2 avvenire mediante smartphone, computer, tablet, dispositivi elettronici e mezzi di comunicazione come siti web, SMS, messaggi, email, social network, chat e applicazioni. Il cyberbullismo \u00e8 uno dei rischi online pi\u00f9 comuni per gli adolescenti, pu\u00f2 colpire i giovani e avere delle importanti ricadute a livello psicosociale come depressione, ansia, isolamento e tentativi di suicidio. Il cyberbullismo perpetrato dai giovani pu\u00f2 influire sul clima del gruppo di pari e della scuola. Al fine di gestire in maniera efficace tali attacchi, oltre alle competenze tecniche relative al corretto uso degli strumenti tecnologici e di Internet, \u00e8 necessario che gli studenti migliorino le proprie competenze sociali, il proprio livello di empatia, la capacit\u00e0 di ricorrere alla propria intelligenza emotiva, divengano capace di trovare delle soluzioni ai conflitti e imparino a gestire la rabbia. Allo stesso tempo, i docenti dovrebbero essere in grado di intervenire in maniera efficace nel caso in cui si verifichino tali problemi, imparando a conoscere le dinamiche di gruppo e sviluppando a loro volta le proprie competenze digitali. Non a caso, le scuole costituiscono una delle piattaforme pi\u00f9 comuni per la prevenzione del cyberbullismo. Fra gli elementi chiave di tale approccio ricordiamo la costruzione di una comunit\u00e0 solidale all\u2019interno della scuola, lo sviluppo di conoscenze e competenze in materia fra il personale scolastico, gli studenti e i genitori, nonch\u00e9 l\u2019adozione di politiche e prassi sistematiche volte a ridurne l\u2019impatto.<\/p>\n

      Discorsi di incitamento all\u2019odio<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Per discorsi di incitamento all\u2019odio<\/strong> si intendono tutte le forme di espressione che diffondono, incitano, promuovono o giustificano l\u2019odio razziale, la xenofobia, l\u2019antisemitismo e tutte le forme di odio basate sull\u2019intolleranza, inclusa l\u2019intolleranza espressa contro le minoranze, i migranti e le persone con background<\/em> migratorio. Al fine di reagire in maniera appropriata, gli studenti dovrebbero imparare a conoscere il tema dell\u2019emarginazione e della discriminazione e migliorare il loro livello di alfabetizzazione digitale, nonch\u00e9 sviluppare una migliore capacit\u00e0 di lavorare in gruppo, di guidare i compagni, di comunicare e di gestire i conflitti per contribuire alla creazione di una societ\u00e0 pi\u00f9 inclusiva. Dall\u2019altra parte le scuole dovrebbero fornire accesso al mondo dell\u2019istruzione in modo non discriminatorio, prevenire le molestie che interferiscono con la missione educativa e i processi di socializzazione degli studenti in modo da permettere loro di vivere e lavorare all\u2019interno di una comunit\u00e0 sempre pi\u00f9 interculturale \u2013 contribuendo a pervenire a un maggior equilibrio fra libert\u00e0 di espressione e contrasto ai discorsi di odio.<\/p>\n

      Camere d\u2019eco<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

      La camera d\u2019eco<\/strong> \u00e8 un fenomeno sociale in base al quale le persone si servono dei social media per aver accesso a determinati tipi di notizie e informazioni, selezionando il tipo di contenuto al quale intendono accedere in virt\u00f9 delle loro inclinazioni e orientamenti. All\u2019interno di queste camere d\u2019eco, le persone coinvolte in dibattiti in rete possono trovare dei soggetti che condividono la loro stessa opinione e che reiterano e veicolano lo stesso tipo di messaggi aumentandone la forza persuasiva. Tali comunit\u00e0 non sempre hanno un chiaro colore politico o si formano online. Esistono comunit\u00e0 che si formano all\u2019interno delle classi o in chat. Esse sono fondamentali per creare un senso di appartenenza, ma anche per impedirci di mettere in discussione le nostre certezze. Man mano che la popolazione mondiale diviene sempre pi\u00f9 connessa, \u00e8 essenziale insegnare ai giovani ad accettare idee ed opinioni diverse dalle proprie. Al fine di combattere il pensiero unico, gli studenti sono chiamati ad affinare le loro capacit\u00e0 e a imparare ad analizzare diversi punti di vista in modo da assumere posizioni complesse e sfumate grazie all\u2019acquisizione di una maggiore empatia e di una migliore capacit\u00e0 comunicativa.<\/p>\n
